Psychological
counseling

Psychological counseling can help you to overcome difficult life situations. Together, we will strengthen your own resources and you will learn to develop new ways of thinking and acting in order to deal with challenges more effectively.

If it gets too much – you can get support.

We women in particular are often faced with the challenge of reconciling our own needs with those of others.

For example: you are a mother - and suddenly nothing seems to fit anymore: Your boundaries become blurred, your head is full, your everyday life somehow works, but you just function along.

Maybe you feel like you have to be available all the time. Maybe you realize that you hardly feel yourself anymore. And maybe you sometimes ask yourself quietly: When is it actually my turn? I can help you to shape transitions in a positive way and find the right way to deal with them.

Psychological counseling can pick you up right here. It can help you if you feel emotionally overwhelmed, find it difficult to make decisions or are burdened by conflicts. Together, we look at what's going on inside you - with professional clarity, without pressure or judgment. I can teach you techniques to reduce stress, deal better with fears and worries and find a healthy balance in your life.

Clarity instead of chaos. Attitude instead of a guilty conscience.

Disclaimer: Psychological counseling and coaching are aimed at mentally healthy individuals with development or decision-making needs. Private issues are only dealt with to the extent that they are closely related to the agreed professional topics and are intended to achieve goals. The service offered is not a treatment within the meaning of the Psychotherapists Act and does not replace psychotherapy.

What is psychological counseling?

Psychological counseling is not a form of therapy - but it does provide sound support in challenging life situations. It helps you to bring order to your thoughts, classify your feelings and develop new options for action.

Typical topics of my clients:

  • "I love my child - but I also need time for myself."
  • "I want to be able to say no without feeling bad afterwards."
  • "I get lost between family, work and expectations - I no longer know what I actually want."

Counseling gives you space to sort yourself out. You learn to perceive your needs more clearly and to set boundaries again - in a friendly but firm manner. You develop more confidence in your abilities and decisions.

Clarity instead of chaos. Attitude instead of a guilty conscience.

You don't have to do it alone. I'm here to support you - with specialist knowledge, empathy and a clear view from the outside.

Add-on: Body-Oriented Boundaries Training

Strong in body, clear in mind

Setting boundaries is not just a matter of the mind - your body carries them, too. Body-oriented boundaries training helps you reconnect with your own body, your own strength and your own presence.

In our joint sessions, which tie in directly with your counseling sessions, you develop more physical stability, strength and self-awareness - so you can literally feel where your boundaries lie and what it feels like to hold them.

It is not about classic training goals such as weight loss or muscle building. The add-on is completely individual and not a must - it can be adapted to you and your situation at any time.

"The add-on makes sense if you don't just want to understand cognitively what you need, but also want to develop more physical stability, strength and self-awareness again."
